Identified - The IP4G Engineering team has identified a hardware failure in the Storage Pool General-Flash-205. The Storage Pool is stable and performance is not affected. However, affected customers may see 2 out of 4 storage paths down. A technician will replace the hardware on-site by July 29. We will provide an update with the ETA of the replacement as soon as possible.

Scheduled - The IBM Power for Google Cloud operations team will be performing essential maintenance on the Power Compute Control Plane.

Region: US-East4

Because this update is critical to maintaining the platform's security and stability, it must be performed outside our standard two-week notification window.

Impact Details:
Running VMs: No impact. Your existing Virtual Machine (VM) instances will remain fully operational and accessible.
Management & Control: The Web Console, pcloud CLI, and API will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to view, modify, or provision new VM instances during this window.
